~Here Today, Gone Tomorrow: We always suggest booking as soon as possible as our dates fill up fast. If you inquire on your date and it's currently available, there may be another bride or two asking about that same date as well. We only reserve dates with a contract and retainer. It’s always sad to tell someone that their date is now filled.
~Wedding dates will NOT be reserved without a signed contract and a paid retainer. Your signed contract and 50%, non-refundable, retainer will save your scheduled date. Final balances are due by 30 days prior to your wedding date. If you need payment plans between the deposit and final payment, we can arrange that (IF requested before contracting).
~ Our rates are subject to change at any time. Lock in your rates by booking as soon as possible. Your signed contract and retainer constitute an official booking and will secure the current rates at the time of booking.
~Kimberly Domangue Photography is a no pressure company so there will not be any hard sell meetings following your wedding where you’ll have to unexpectedly spend thousands more than the wedding photography initially cost, like at some other studios.
~Our pricing is very competitive and upfront with many options to choose from, to create the perfect day for you. You may build your own package with an hourly rate, or select one of our pre-grouped, highly discounted packages, which are a phenomenal cost savings to you.
~Many of our very generous packages ALSO include prints and/or albums, too, which most other photographers only sell separately. This benefit saves hundreds of dollars in the end. Budgeting early for tangible items such as prints and albums will help you to not lose these cherished memories.
~You’ll be able to select and download your images and products in the comfort of your own home and purchase any additional extras that you’d love to have within your personal gallery.
~In addition to your wedding day photography, we can also provide engagement sessions, bridal sessions & more. Plus, upon request, we can be available for your dress shopping, bridal party outings, showers or your rehearsal dinner too.
~Taxes, Trip Charges & Housing will be added to all packages where applicable. Trip charges maybe found under the investment tab. Our larger packages include trip & housing charges.
~Your wedding album is a beautiful keepsake of your wedding day highlighting various moments throughout the event. Wedding Albums do not include all of your images; however, they show a generous number of images which tell a beautiful story of your fairy tale. Your album will be custom designed by Kimberly, herself, with a proof for you to review. Every couple who has ordered one of these keepsakes has said it was the best thing that they ever did and cherish it dearly. We often get many duplicates ordered for the mothers and grandparents after they see their masterpiece.
~Print releases ARE included with wedding packages. Prints and other products may be ordered directly through your gallery. If you elect to use an outside printing source, that is fine, however, please note that we cannot guarantee other printing companies outside of ours.
~Unsigned contract proposals and pricing bids are only good for 30 days after receipt.
~We offer a small discount on full wedding packages at a few select venues. These discounts do not apply to add-ons, prints or other products. We can extend this same discount to you if your venue adds our company to their preferred vendors list visible on their website. Feel free to ask them to do so prior to booking.
~Pricing on our website is subject to change at any time, however, once you have signed your contract and have paid your retainer, your prices are locked in.
~Because our images are not farmed out to generic editing companies, and we hand touch each image ourselves, your complete gallery of edited images (per your package and contract) will be released to you within 8-12 weeks from your wedding day. Social media sneak peeks are typically released within 48 hours following your wedding pending travel back to our offices was quick and we don’t have a back-to-back booking.
~All print credits must be used within 30 days of receiving your gallery. After that time they are considered forfeit. Print credits are not refundable.
