You will fill out the contact form on our website letting us know which services, packages and add-ons that you are interested in.

Kimberly will call you to answer any questions that you may have. She will also ask you a few questions and go over details & availability with you.

A contract & invoice will be emailed to you, which you’ll sign and pay for. A 50% retainer is due upon booking.

If you’re in need of a location to hold your photoshoot, we will decide on a location together that is perfect for you. If you’d like a suggested locations gallery emailed to you, Kimberly will send you her beautiful locations gallery after the contract and retainer are complete.

Following your retainer and contract, you will also be receiving a password to fill out your Wedding Questionnaire or our Senior Style Guide and Checklist on our website to help you to prepare for our day.

We will be in touch prior to your big day. For weddings we may be in touch multiple times and for other photoshoots we’ll be in touch the week of. All timing and confirmations, and weather assessments will be discussed a few days ahead of time.

You will pay your final invoice 30 days in advance for weddings, and 2 days in advance for any other type of photoshoot.

We will have a fun photoshoot or wedding!

You will receive your gallery via email within the time allotment given at booking or in your contract to download the images of your choice within the parameters of the package that you selected.

You may purchase any additional print, album, digital, or miscellaneous item directly through your gallery. Keep in mind, pre-purchasing items within packages upon booking can greatly save you money in the long run.
