FULL EQUINE PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS (horse alone or with rider) start at $550
Session Details and Recommendations & What’s Included:
Sessions include one horse and/or one horse and one rider. Additional family members may be added for $20 for each individual after the first to your package price. Please note, adding additional individuals to your shoot will forfeit any FFA or 4H discounts.
Creative time to photograph you or your loved ones (these are typically 60-90+ minute sessions depending on how many venues we shoot at, how many wardrobe changes happen & how many subjects are in the shoot)
Professional edits and touch ups to the photographs as needed.
15 high resolution digital, downloadable images from your own personal gallery.
The option to purchase additional downloads, prints and other memorable items directly from your gallery (the cost of prints are not included in your session price).
Unlimited wardrobe changes are allowed (2-3 will typically fit into our available shoot time). Note: not all venues will have a place to change clothes.
• Equine Sessions include at least one black background image upon request (if you’re interested in having one & have a barn to shoot in).
• Equine Sessions are typically shot on your location or at a horse show unless another location is requested. We can go wherever you haul. Please check the travel costs on the travel costs tab.
• Equine Sessions last approximately 60-90+ minutes.
• If additional time is requested to shoot (for example at a horse show), billing will increase by $65 per hour following a 120 minute session.
• Conformation sessions of the horse only are available for any marketing or sales purposes you may have. See conformation sessions below if this is all you need.
• You may consider recruiting a friend or family member to have with you at the shoot to help you with your horse(s) between your wardrobe changes, to aid in grooming touch ups, tack changes, and to keep the attention of the horse while shooting if possible. Grain buckets, grocery bags on a stick, keys and other items are nice to have on hand also aid in this task.
• We typically shoot at sunrise or an hour before sunset for ideal lighting.
• Since we are racing the sun and have limited time it is suggested you have your horse(s) and rider ‘show ready’ and able to begin the shoot when we arrive on location.

GROUP BARN DISCOUNT RATE: EQUINE PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS of $375/each rider are given if three (3) riders would like to book together and shoot on the same day and time. Each rider will have to be pre-paid and present and follow through with the shoot to keep the discounted rate. Individual reschedules are not allowed that would separate the shoot dates (one individual reschedule would forfeit the barn discount). The amount of guaranteed downloadable images goes down to 8 images for each rider receiving a group discount as we are limited on shooting time with this many subjects. BLACK BACKGROUND ONLY SESSIONS (horse alone or with rider) start at $375 ea. (price good only if 3 riders book at the same time/location):
• Black Background ONLY Equine Mini Sessions can be held in any enclosed barn, or walk in. If you need a location I’m happy to help you find the perfect spot to haul to. Some venues charge a fee for the use of their facility.
• Includes 5 downloadable images in your own online gallery. An option to purchase additional images (if there are more) will be available for a separate charge.
• Black Background ONLY Equine Mini Sessions last approximately 30-45+ minutes per horse.
• You may consider recruiting a friend or family member to have with you at the shoot to help you with your horse(s) between your wardrobe changes, to aid in grooming touch ups, tack changes, and to keep the attention of the horse while shooting if possible. Grain buckets, grocery bags on a stick, keys and other items are nice to have on hand also aid in this task.

CONFORMATION SALES / SESSIONS (horse alone) start at $250 for 5 images OR $375 for 15 images.
Session Details and Recommendations & What’s Included:
You may use up to two horses in one conformation session. Sessions usually take roughly 60 minutes.
Additional horses may be added for an additional session price, however, if you have a large group of horses to capture, please reach out to Kimberly to quote a discounted price for your herd.
RODEO OR EQUINE EVENT OR SHOW PHOTOGRAPHY starts at $375+
