REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY is subjective to square footage and number of rooms, acreage and spaces to shoot. Property with acreage over 3/4 acre is an additional cost*.
• Up to 1400 square feet start at $165 for 20 downloadable HR images

• 1401-2999 square feet start at $185 for 25 downloadable HR images

• 3000 to 4999 square feet start at $225 for 30 downloadable HR images

• 5000 to 6000 square feet start at $250 for 35 downloadable HR images

• Above 6000 square feet, the price is custom and will be quoted at the time of request.

• Above prices are for daylight shots only. Twilight shots are an upgrade.

• *Above prices are for all properties on lots under 3/4 acre. For any property with 3/4 acre or more will have the bellow added fees:

*There is an extra fee of $5.00 per acre if 3/4-25 acres; $3.00 per acre if 26-50 acres; $2.50 per acre for any property over 51 acres. All acreage requiring photography must be safely accessible via the photographer’s vehicle without harm being done to the tires, undercarriage etc. Any local property with acreage that requires a side by side or off road vehicle to photograph, must be discussed, priced and approved when booking.

• Applicable taxes will be added to your invoice.

• Travel charges will apply for any distance further than 35 miles from Hico, TX. Please refer to the travel costs in the travel section under the investment tab.

• Charges include creative photography time on location, professional edits & touch ups to images as needed.

• Small yard shots (under 1/2 acre) are included upon request (see added acreage pricing in notes above for any acreage above 3/4 acre or large ranch properties).

• Community amenities, entrances, garages, barns and outbuildings are only shot upon request and may result in additional charges. Please request these items upon booking.

• You will receive a personal online gallery of images which will include the number of images in your package. All images are downloadable, High Resolution images depending on the size of the home. Additional downloads are available for $25 per image.

• All rooms will be hand touched prior to each shot if obvious items need to be adjusted (ie: a fallen pillow will be corrected, blinds will be adjusted for the shot if they’re within reach. Obstructive items maybe moved from the shot to open the room up only if they are an easy adjustment such as moving a lamp over. Large items, however, cannot be moved and major clutter will not be touched or rearranged).

• Payment in full is due by two days prior to your scheduled shoot. Any unpaid scheduled shoot will be rescheduled to a later date. If a date is scheduled in advance a 50% non-refundable deposit maybe required to save your date.

• Please allow 24-72 hours to edit and deliver your photographs. If images are needed by a certain time, please let Kimberly know.

• The air must be on within any residence we shoot and the AC set at 70 degrees or lower, and the heat set to between 60-65 degrees.

• All pets must be removed from the premises while shooting, or be securely contained.

• Because Kimberly is also an Interior Designer by trade, a one hour staging walk consultation can be added weeks or days prior to the shoot with the seller for an upcharge upon request. A generic list of suggested staging ideas can be sent for you to share with your seller upon request.

LANDSCAPE, FARM & RANCH PHOTOGRAPHY (If shot on its’ own without a home) is a $165 fee PLUS acreage charges below. Taxes and travel will be added when applicable. If shot with a residence or outbuildings the pricing is above under real estate.

Image count will vary depending on the amount of acreage and the details desired. Properties around 25 acres typically include 15-20 high resolution images and go up or down with the size of your property. If there is a requirement for your listing, please bring that up prior to booking.

ARCHITECTURAL PHOTOGRAPHY starts at $75 per shot with a 4 shot minimum.
