The Process

  1. You will fill out the contact form on our website letting us know which services, packages and add-ons that you are interested in.

  2. Kimberly will call you to answer any questions that you may have. She will also ask you a few questions and go over details & availability with you.

  3. A contract & invoice will be emailed to you, which you’ll sign and pay for. A 50% deposit is due upon booking.

  4. If you’re in need of a location to hold your photoshoot, we will decide on a location together that is perfect for you. If you need suggested locations, Kimberly will send you a wonderful locations gallery after the contract and deposit are complete.

  5. Following your deposit and contract, you will also be receiving a password to our checklist on our website to help you to prepare for our day.

  6. We will be in touch prior to your big day. For weddings, multiple times, for other photoshoots, the week of. All timing and confirmations, and weather assessments will be discussed a few days ahead of time.

  7. You will pay your final invoice 30 days in advance for weddings, and 2 days in advance for any other type of photoshoot.

  8. We will have a fun photoshoot or wedding!

  9. You will receive your gallery via email within the time allotment given at booking or in your contract.

  10. You may purchase any print, album, digital, or miscellaneous item orders through your gallery. Keep in mind, pre-purchasing items within packages upon booking can greatly save you money in the long run.

  11. Enjoy your memories for years to come!

NO PRESSURE!

KDP is a no pressure photography company. We do not charge a session fee without items being included (such as digitals etc.), and there will not be a high-pressure sales meeting following your shoot, which can cost you hundreds or thousands more than your initial investment like you may find at other companies. Our package pricing is upfront to help you make an easy decision. You have the option to easily purchase additional products, prints or downloads right from your gallery. All downloading and ordering can be done from the comfort of your home.

Kimberly is a professional photographer, creating one-of-a-kind, classic, bold, stunning and timeless, fine images, which will not become dated. You’ll be thrilled to cherish these timeless heirlooms for years and years to come. You will not see any overly over or under exposed skin, trendy edits, oompa-loompa/yellow/orange looking images or charcoal covered faces in Kimberlys’ collections.
